1. On the Day Co-ordination
Brides often feel that they need an ‘extra pair of hands’ on their wedding day, Ultra Organised Weddings can be there for all, or, part of the Wedding Day. This can include meeting the Bride at her preparation address before the wedding to calm nerves, lace up dresses, make sure everything is running on time and pour the champagne!
Should you choose this option, prior to the wedding day, we will create a detailed timeline (approved by you) and will then ensure that everything runs according to this plan and on time. In addition, should you wish, we can make contact with all of your suppliers to ensure that they know what time to arrive and we can be their point of contact for any queries or problems rather than you. A few weeks before the wedding date we will send you a summary of what you’ve asked us to do for you on the wedding day for your approval.
At the ceremony venue, we can ensure that everyone is seated in time and according to any seating plan you may have, ensure that the photographer is in position, the flowers have arrived etc. After the ceremony, we can, for example, proceed to the reception venue ahead of the wedding party where we can check that everything is as it should be, add any last minute touches to the tables, ensure the table plan is in position and any refreshments you have ordered are ready and waiting.
A popular service, which is included in the On the Day Co-ordination fee, is for us to oversee the all important photographs; couples often spend a fortune on a good quality photographer only to find some photos are spoiled by, for example, button holes falling sideways, the train of the brides dress not being laid out properly, or, a strand of hair getting stuck to lip-gloss! With your agreement, we can oversee the photos by discreetly checking all of these things and more, to ensure you have perfect photos.
Approx price £350 for 5 hours.

2. Partial Planning
The Partial planning option is useful if you have started to organise the wedding but have run out of time, or, become overwhelmed with an ever increasing ‘to do list’! At any stage you can hand all or part of it over to us. Let us finalise any arrangements you have made, follow up any enquires and fill any gaps!
Equally this option may be suitable if you know what needs doing but only have time to organise part of your Wedding, or would prefer to retain the ‘nicer’ elements and leave the other tasks to someone else. Here, Ultra Organised Weddings can lend a helping hand and plan the wedding with you.

3. Full Wedding Organisation
If you would like the perfect wedding but would prefer to leave all the organising to someone else, Ultra Organised Weddings can organise everything on your behalf. We know the best local suppliers including photographers, cake makers, florists and we can even arrange a qualified nanny to look after any little guests you may have! We can source you a selection of Reception/ceremony venues that meet your requirements as well as make appointments for you to view them.
We can book your appointments at wedding dress shops and tailors’ as well as remind you when they are coming up. We can organise your hair and makeup appointments as well as book any beauty treatments you may wish to have in preparation for the big day.

4. Bespoke services
We can be involved in as much or as little of the planning of your Wedding Day as you wish, or, if you’re not sure where you’d like/need help, we’d be happy to guide you and make some suggestions. All of our packages are tailor made to meet your requirements, we are flexible and can mix and match any / all of the above examples plus many more.
